Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Love & Layers Designs. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Because every item in our shop is a digital download — including printable junk journal supplies, clipart bundles, and digital paper packs — we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is complete. Digital files cannot be returned in the way a physical product can, so all sales are considered final at the time of purchase.
Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Once a digital file has been downloaded, there is no way to verify that it hasn’t been saved, copied, or used. For this reason — and in line with standard practice for digital goods — we do not issue refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases
- Files that have already been downloaded or accessed
- Compatibility issues with software the buyer did not confirm before purchasing
Exceptions
We want you to love what you buy. If you experience any of the following, please reach out within 7 days of purchase and we’ll make it right:
- Damaged or corrupted files that won’t open or print correctly
- Missing files that were listed as part of your purchase but weren’t included
- A duplicate accidental purchase of the exact same item
In these cases, we’ll gladly send replacement files or, if the issue can’t be resolved, issue a refund or credit at our discretion.
Before You Buy
To make sure you’re happy with your purchase, please:
- Review each listing’s photos, description, and included file types carefully
- Check that you have the software needed to open and print the files (most are provided as high-resolution JPG and/or PDF)
- Reach out with any questions before purchasing — we’re happy to help!
